Marketing Activity Types
Marketing Activities are the jobs that contribute towards your Marketing Campaigns. These activities are grouped into types, and this setting, Marketing Activity Types, lets you define these types of Marketing Activities so that they can reflect your marketing workflows.
Selecting the Marketing Type when creating/editing a Marketing Activity
Create a Marketing Activity Type
- Click the green +Add Type button, this will open a dialog box.
- Name your Marketing Activity Type.
- Click Save.
Your new Marketing Activity Type will now be shown as created on the table of Marketing Activity Types.
Edit a Marketing Activity Type
- Click on the row of the Marketing Activity Type you wish to edit, this will open a dialog box.
- Rename your Marketing Activity Type.
- Click Save.
Your Marketing Activity Type will now be updated with the new name on the table of Marketing Activity Types.
Delete a Marketing Activity Type
- Click on the row of the Marketing Activity Type you wish to delete, this will open a dialog box.
- Click on the red Delete button, this will open a confirmation dialog box.
- Confirm with OK (or Cancel if you don’t wish to continue with the deletion).
Your Marketing Activity Type will now be shown as removed from the table of Marketing Activity Types.
