An annotated example of a multi-session event PDF

Hide Course Code on PDF

Default Setting: No
This will toggle the display of the course code on course and event PDFs. It will appear before the title of the course or event.

Show Footer Information on PDF

Default Setting: No
This is the footer information relating to your company. This setting does not affect the horizontal rule line and page number, which will be displayed by default.

To review, edit, or update the information shown here, go to the company’s account details: Settings ‣ Company Details ‣ <your_company’s_account_name> (under Account Name).

Show Instructors and Locations on Multi-Session Event PDFs

Default Setting: Yes

This will toggle the display of instructors and locations as additional columns in the schedule of multi-session event PDFs.

This setting will only affect multi-session PDFs (as shown in the example). It will not affect PDFs that are set up as normal or compound events.

PDF Header Text Color

Default Setting: #000000 (Black)

This is the color of the text used for each header of the course and event PDFs.

PDF Header Background Color

Default Setting: #FFFF00 (Yellow)

This is the color of the background of the text used for each header of the course and event PDFs.

Invoice Colors (Overview)

You can access your invoices by going to: Financial ‣ Invoices ‣ <your_invoice_number> ‣ ‘Load’ (top right).

The colors you can customize for your invoices are:

• Invoice PDF Header Background Color
• Invoice PDF Delegates’ Background Color
• Invoice PDF Events’ Background Color
• Invoice PDF Header Text Color

Invoice PDF Header Background Color

Default Setting: #327181 (Background color of this page)
This is the top header and acts as a background to the text: Description, Qty, Unit Cost, Tax and GBP (from the example)

Invoice PDF Delegates’ Background Color

Default Setting: #EFEFEF (Light Grey)
This is the background color of the delegate section of the invoice PDF.

Invoice PDF Events’ Background Color

Default Setting: #EFEFEF (Light Grey)
This is the background color of the event section of the invoice PDF.

Invoice PDF Header Text Color

Default Setting: #FFFFFF (White)
This is the color of the header text: Description, Qty, Unit Cost, Tax and GBP (from the example)
